I’ve Read Most Of The Posts Regarding Warm Fresh Food Compartments And I’m Fairly Certain I Have A Defrost Problem. I Understand The Troubleshooting Sequence ( I Think!). What I Need Is Info On How To Access The Various Components. I.e: The Control Board, Defrost Thermostat, Defrost Heater, Etc.

In order to access the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat (#15 & #32 at the [URL="http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5171986&diagram_id=28502264)) you have to remove the rear panel inside the freezer.
