The keypad is not responding and stuck on upper rack setting with 65 minutes illuminated. When reset I can get it to run through the test mode with no problem but when I then press any button it reverts back to upper rack with 65 minutes. When closed on this setting it does run for a few minutes and then shuts off.
I have replaced the control thinking it may be that but it did not fix the problem. Could it be the board or even the insert? What might be the problem and part I need?
