Fridge not working and clicking

Hello All,

I have a GE fridge GSS22IFRE BB that no longer works. Issues:

  1. Fridge and freezer does not cool
  2. Water dispenser does not work
  3. Ice maker and dispenser does not work
  4. Makes clicking noises
  5. When unplugged and plugged in something makes like a whirring noise then stops
  6. Light do work for both sides and the dispenser area light works
  7. Never really used since it was a model home fridge for past 5 years.
  8. Water turned on and flowing through back
  9. Ice box switch turned to on position and nothing

From looking around is it possibly just the motherboard? Debating trying to DIY fix it and troubleshoot before calling repair help people from Craiglist… I hope it’s just the motherboard and I can order and fix and replace and done but not sure if it could be other things…
