I have new WR17X11459 drive cup part and have tried to follow the video, but the unit will not come out. I have released the locking tabs, but the unit will not lift out as shown. I have broken one of the alignment tabs trying to pull it out. The unit seems to be frozen in place. Can’t find what is preventing removal.
