I have a Kenmore side by side Fridge. First I had water dispensing problems. The outside Pad Cradle(lever) would push to dispense water but will not return - had to manually pull to stop. For Ice dispensing had to push the lever pad all the way to the end to get ice. Few weeks later water side was working normal but the Ice side completely stop working. No click, no motor sound no auger turning no ice coming down. The round duct door disc was not closing the chute, and ice would start building around the chute (hopper). I suspect the switch (part # 72)is not working or not able to make contact for motor, or dispense ice. The problem I see is: HOW TO GET TO THE SWITCHES ? to replace the switch. Open the front cover don’t see any screws open the back inside the freezer or open the freezer door inside pannel which has 20-30 Screws. Please Help Help!!!
