Our Kenmore oven door wont open. It is acting as if it is locked for self cleaning mode, but it is not. It apparently thinks that it is, but we haven’t used it (self-cleaning cycle) for a few months. Yesterday, it was working fine and now it won’t open at all. The hinges are fine. Looking in from the side, I can see that something is holding the door in place. Can you help?
