New parts but not heating

Replaced heating elemt (broken coil) high limit switch and thermostat on the element-with the jumper wire as it is new type…still not getting heat out of the element. Cycling thermostat shows good continuity between the terminals that have the red wires-power I am assuming. Thermal fuse tests good also. Timer seems to be working-at least the motor part of it as it is turning. I am about to decide I will need to take it to the shop but would be open to any other suggestions. Parts were purchased at Sears-unfortunately-but close by my house.

Thanks Gene but that was the first thing I checked actually-at the plug and at the terminal block…since the heating element had a broken coil i thought all would be well when I put the new one in but not so…

Check for incoming and outgoing 120 VAC at the temperature switch on the control panel while the dryer is On.

If incoming voltage is wrong, replace the timer.

If outgoing voltage is wrong while the incoming voltage is correct, replace the temperature switch.

Gene.
P.S. The wiring diagram is attached.
