Our Whirlpool Range Model GR399LXGQ1 oven temperature is 90 degrees lower than the setting on the control panel.

  Adjusted the control panel to the +30 degree maximum allowable and set the temp @ 410 to obtain 350 degrees.  It did not work………temperature was still not increasing enough to reach 350.  The maximum temperature after 30 minutes was 250.

[SIZE=3]Be sure both the bake and the broil elements are working. If they are working the temperature sensor may be bad. You can check the sensor with an ohmmeter at room temperature it should read 1000 ohms.
