Hello, hope to find help here and to finally get our washer fixed.
The problem: the washer would not fill with water at any selected temperature and/or at any selected load. The spin cycle works.
Tried so far: we’ve replaced the washer timer, the water level switch and the water temperature switch (that was before we found some DYI sites including this forum and realized that we could have tested them ourselves first before replacing). We’ve also tested the water inlet valve using the alligator clips attached to the end of a power cord - both hot and cold water came in during the test.
Please, advise what else could be at fault and how we could test it.
