Whirlpool Cabrio keep blowing thermal fuse

Within 2 weeks my Whirlpool dryer thermal fuse keeps blowing off. This is the 3rd time. The first technician said the air hose could be dirty. It was cleaned thoroughly used the dryer twice and it burned the thermal fuse. 2nd Technician comes, replaces thermal fuse and thermistor. Said the air vent flap wasn’t opening enough. Replaced it, used dryer twice and now it burned the fuse again. Made a call for technician to come again. Everytime they come I have to take off work for 4 hours. I’m running out of patience. What else could be wrong with it?

Nothing comes up using the given model number.

Run the diagnostics to see if there are any fault codes.

On what cycle temperature is the fuse blowing?

Does changing the temperature setting (high, medium and low) actually change the temperature?

If not you may have a grounded element.
Unplug the unit and both wires at the heating coil. 3 wires on a dual heater unit.
Measure the heating coil/s
Should be about 11 ohms for a single heater unit.
Both elements should be about 22 ohms for a dual element unit.
Now measure from each element connector to the case.
All should be infinite ohms.
If not the element is grounded.

Check both thermistors for the correct value.
