accessing clock module on Frigidaire oven

I’m trying to replace the clock module for a Frigidaire model FES388WECA Gallery Pro Series drop in oven/range. I have removed the visible screws that are accessible underneath via the oven door but the panel frame sits in a channel and I’m not sure/want to be careful not to break the cooktop in lifting or forcing the panel out to gain access to the clock assembly.

Any help on dis-assembly to get proper access?

gained access and replaced clock assembly. It did not correct our problem however. None of the elements or the bake/broil functions heat up. All indicator lights are working. I replaced the clock assembly per repair company’s plans to "correct" the problem. I ordered through APPro’s because I was able to save a lot of money, now I’m at a loss as to what may be the problem. Help anyone?
