Admiral Won't Agitate,spin,drain

With the belt removed you’ll need to hand turn the transmission pulley, which is the one in the middle. When you turn it one direction the agitator should turn, and when you go the other way the entire transmission and inner tub should turn. If it’s locking up when you turn the pulley that isn’t a good sign. You’re probably looking at a siezed bearing or a transmission problem.

Might get lucky and find something stuck between the tubs, but that would only impact the spin cycle.
