Agitator spins a little but not enough to wash clothes. Took off agitator, took off the cap to reaveal the threads. That all seems fine, not stripped. However, I can move the agitator by hand about 1/8 turn in either direction. Should the agitator be able to turn by hand? What is causing this? How do you repair it?
