Amana bottom freezer model not working

Before I purchase a new refigerator just want to see if you have any ideas. we lost power the other day and since it came back on the unit wont cool, freezer or upper compartment/ Changed the relay but that wasnt the problem, I checked the resistance on the compressor and they seem to be in range. The compressor is running and gets warm but no cold air or piping. I tried a few differnt capacitors to see but they all do the same thing the compressor will start but Im not getting any cold air or on the could behind the freezer. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thnaks
