Food is freezing in the fresh food section even when I lower the fridge and/or freezer temp. I took off the damper cover and the damper door is open all of the time. When I run the fridge’s diagnostic test, the damper door does open and shut. Thermistor diagnostic test passes also. Can the damper still be bad? The freezer section seems to be working ok. Coils were cleaned.
