Both freezer and refrigerator are not cooling. The compressor and both fans seem to be working. We cleaned underneath and behind, and unplugged for 2 days and nothing. There is no frost or leaking anywhere. Please help!
Here are your parts

Double check that the compressor is running. You can usually hear it but you should also be able to feel it vibrating and it should be warm.
I am assuming that the compressor runs continuously other than when the unit goes into a defrost cycle.
If compressor runs all the time remove the cover inside the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils.
If there is no frost or frost in only one area (usually where the freon enters the coils), then you have a sealed system problem.
This will be an expensive repair as you need a pro.
Often it makes more sense to put those dollars towards a new unit.
Be sure that the compressor has run for a couple hours before doing the above test.
If you do it during or shortly after a defrost cycle, you will get the wrong diagnosis.
Thank you Denman. It doesn’t look too promising! Oh… well…
