When the washer is in the leveling phase of the beginning of the spin cycle, it will make some thunderous noise from the tub pounding on the sides of the washer. (Sometimes it even moves around as well)
I have looked at the suspension rods and they look fine. How would I know if they were bad?
Is there something else I should look at?
