when using the auto dry cycle, the dryer will not shut off. the timer dial does not move. i am able to use the timer for ‘timed’ drying. i’m wondering if it is the timer gone bad, or the thermistor, or something else. is there a way of determining this whthout throwing parts at it. also, would ‘cleaning’ the thermistor work? thanks
