I remembered 3 years ago when our fridge wasn’t cooling anymore so we asked for a local appliance service. We talked on the phone with one of their customer support and right then and there, I should’ve looked for another place. The customer support was claiming that we might have just switched it off and stuff. We were like, we know when something is wrong with our fridge that is beyond our knowledge to repair. Then she got a bit grumpy. Then she set an appointment with their repair crew. They said they’d be there in an hour but we waited for 3 hours. When they came, they weren’t really that interested with our fridge. Just chatting among themselves so I politely intervened and asked them questions. Some they answered, mostly it seems like they were guessing. After some time, they said they’d have to bring the fridge along with them and they’d bring it back the next day. Agreed with them but then, it took almost a week and a hundred calls to get back our fridge and it wasn’t even fixed. They said it was on queue. Never got their help anymore. I think they closed last year too.
