Bad Switch on Range Hood

The Fan switch on Our Themador range vent has failed Part# 00486762, it is listed as No Longer Available >< Surely there must be some switch that can be used as a Replacement part

I am hoping someone can shine some light on my Problem, It Just don’t make any sense for something like this that is built into the house to have to be replaced because of a switch

if a replacement switch is not to be had, is there some other Blower unit that can be installed into this hood unit?
