Balance ring

  1. Is there any way to get the liquid back into the the balance ring?

  2. Our is there some type of tube inside the ring that can be replaced?

  3. I was stupid and drilled a couple of holes a couple months ago in the balance ring and liquid ran out, and the washer is always out of balance now, unless you wash small loads!!!

I would appreciate any help on this matter.
