Dryer turns on I can hear the motor running but the drum does not turn. How do I open up the unit to get to the belt?

Hi.

  • Remove 2 Philips screws at the bottom corners of the front panel and pull the panel out until it’s disengaged at the top.

  • Remove 4 5/16 screws and take out the front tumbler.
    Put it aside.
    Now you have access to the belt.
    The belt is installed ribs up. To put it on the pulley open the cover in the back right lower corner.
