bosch dishwasher making horrible grinding noise

I’ve had my Bosch dishwasher for exactly 1 month and for the last couple of weeks its been making a horrible grinding noise, mainly on startup and during draining cycles. It works just fine otherwise; completes the cycles and all dishes are clean. I’ve checked the food filter at the bottom and there isnt anything stuck. All the sprayers spin just fine and dont make noise when i manually rotate them. Please help!
