Hi I have a Bosch Aquastar 6.0L which produces an error 9 code after the wash is complete. The water is always cold after the wash is complete and consequently doesn’t clean properly.
The product likely failed before the 2 year warranty ran out but we didn’t contact Bosch until afterwards This meant they were unable to repair under warranty.
Is it worth getting someone in to repair this? Would it be a simple job? Also is it easy to prove this was a manufacturing defect? We live in a hard (possibly very hard) water area but we have taken the appropriate steps on each wash that you are supposed to do for washing dishes.
