i was given a reasonabley new bosch nexxt washer and dryer…i thought lovely…well, now the washer sounds like it’s spinning, the light says its spinning…but the drums not turning. it turns easily by hand…can i take the back off and replace a belt like on my old ones before this computerized … thankyou
