Hi! Our baking element went out in our oven. Originally we took the broiler element out, trying to see if it would work in the bake and it did not. So we ordered a new baking element. It came in yesterday and we installed it and re-installed the broiler element. Now, when you turn the oven on bake, only the broiler heats up, like it’s crossed or something, but that’s impossible because the wiring was not messed with. Customer support said it could possibly be a bad element, which would explain why the bake element doesn’t heat up at all, but would not explain why the broiler turns on instead? Please help!
