I think what I need is part 4 (Spring Etc French) from this page http://www.appliancepartspros.com/fresh-food-doors-parts-for-ge-gfss6kexass.html.
Maybe also 216 (Hinge French), 221 (Cap Case French), and 224 (Pin French Spring).
Can you help with selection of parts (do I need all these), and also instructions on how to replace?
