Burner malfunction on Jenn-air stovetop

When I turn on the top right burner to any setting, the bottom right burner
comes on high!!! Do I need new cartridges or wiring?

Hi.

Most likely the top right infinite switch is shorted. There are two types: push to turn and turn. It’s 12 or #12A on the diagram http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=24056&diagram_id=29082405
