So this has been happening for a while, but now it is getting to the point it needs resolved. Whenever we have the oven on and it is HOT, the burners will not light using the knobs and the knobs are actually now melted inside so they just spin whenever the oven is hot. We are able to use a pair of pliers to light the stove in this situation, but this really should not be necessary on a fairly new stove. Is this something that I can fix on my own or do I need to have a repair man come out?
