can't make inputs

Hi, I have a GE profile microwave about 5 yrs old. The window says set time but I can’t input anything. Is that the control panel or the key pad that is dead. :confused: Any help :slight_smile:

Trey,

Most likely the problem is a bad key panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of it.
