Hi…the interior bulb stopped working in my Kitchen Aid microwave. I can see the bulb, I can touch it, but I can not remove it. I have two questions. First, can you tell me how to change it and second, should there be a lens cover on it? In your diagrams, it shows a lens cover on the bulb but mine does not have a lens cover. Thank you in advance
