Seemed like only the dishes on the bottom rack are getting clean. I observed 1 complete cycle: tub fills with water, water circulates for 2 minutes from lower sprayer arm, then pauses to switch to upper sprayer arm(s) and nothing happens for rest of cycle (8 minutes). This happened for all wash and rinse cycles.
Then I ran it last night and nothing got clean. I didn’t observe.
Did the motor finally go or is it a circuit board problem?
If the motor stops after a few minutes and did not restart for a while then very likely the problem is a bad motor.
The file attached to the reply will explain how it should work normally.

Thanks fir the info., I’ll look at it again tonight. 1 other question: How fast should the water come out of the lower spray arm? I watched it last night and it wasn’t even hitting the top of the tub.

I looked at it again last night after reading the info you sent. It behaved the same way as before, but I noticed that I could hear the switch clicking on and off every 60-90 seconds but the motor did not run. So is it the motor?
Also, the motor part number you gave me doesn’t list my model. The part number I found is AP3996692. Please confirm which motor is correct.

There is definitely a problem with the motor. The clicking sound comes from the motor overload.
The motor kit part number AP3996692 is for the dishwasher with the model number GLD2445RFQ0. The model number you posted is GLD2445RFQ2 and the motor part number for this model number is AP4512250.
