Both my refrigerator AND freezer do not get the least bit cold. Both lights ‘light up’. However, when I turn the temperature up I get a continually click-click-click-etc and at each click the condenser fan -and the fan in the freezer - give a momentary burst of motion - then stop until the next click. The compressor does not seem to be running at all. Any suggestions? Many Thanks!
Remove the motherboard cover in the back and verify the noise is from a relay on the board. If so, replace the motherboard AP4436216
