Hi we have a ge profile, that is giving us fits. It is in excellent shape except for my coils on the back wall towards the bottom are doing a wrap around ice across them, Only at the bottom. We had to raise the arm on the ice maker cause it was freezing up around it, and frost in the ice maker. With the arm up we have no icing up of the ice maker, but we still have the icing up of the bottom of the coils on the back wall behind the panel. Before I started defrosting before the panel was taken off, there was a big frost line on the back panel. Since defrosted, in about a week, I have to take the panel off again and defrost the bottom coils. We had the elements replaced, brand new. One glows orange and one does not., Neither did my older ones taken out. Can someone please help me with this I’m sick of defrosting my freezer side by side. I cleaned the evap tray which can’t be removed, and all the dust off of from under, and back around fan, compressor and anything I could get to. Thanks for reading.
