refrigerator and freezer to warm.
it sounds like the compressor wants to start but nothing happens, there is a buzzing noise for about 20 seconds then a click then quiet.
would this be the overload, capacitor

Most likely the start relay/overload, but it’s generally best to change the capacitor as well.
