hi. i recently replaced run capacitor and associated relays due to no compressor operation, compressor is now running ok and cooling refrigerator and freezer ok. however, the condenser fan is not running at all. im using box fan at rear of refrigerator to keep coils and compressor cool. i ordered a new condenser fan. plugged it in and still no fan operation. fan model number is WR84X10055. i checked voltages coming from control board with no fan plugged in and got 13.4v across white and pink pins, 13.4v across white and red pins, 0v across red and pink pins, also checked voltages with new fan plugged in and got 3.7v across white and pink pins, 13.4v across white and red pins, and 9.6v across red and pink pins. not sure if i have a bad new fan motor or a failed control board?
