I had to replace the control board and don’t have any manuals… My stove is a kenmore and the Model Number is 665. 95172300. I have everything back together accept one green wire that has a pig tail coming off of it. I only have one open post on the control board left to hook to which is labeled ground. There is also an open post on one of the heating elements but the pig tail can’t reach that post while connected to the control board. What am I missing here?
Any help would be appreciated.

I don’t know if you have a wiring diagram or not but mine shows the green wire goes to ground. It should be a short wire going from the control board to a grounding screw on the frame just above the board. Unless our models are very different

There isn’t a ground screw but there is a post of sorts connected to the bracket that holds the control panel on. Unfortunetely I don’t have a diagram of any sort for my stove. Thanks for the help
