The control board temperature will not go above 291 degrees once the cooking temperature is entered. Then the temperature will decrease while preheating has started. We replaced the control board last year. This is our 3rd one any ideas what is wrong with our range?

Check the oven temperature sensor for continuity. The normal reading suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.
