Panel buttons not working. Can get power to the panel. We replaced the fuse, and then the electronic control board. Still not working. We can get it to start but shuts off. Thinking maybe new control touchpad panel or should we try door fix first? Does seem like if you push on the door, you can get the control panel to work, but just won’t keep working.
With what you mentioned sounds like a faulty door latch/switch possibly. make sure your mounting screws on the top of your unit are screwed into underneath the countertop. The power to the main board goes through the door switch so if it doesn’t close all the way you won’t get power to the board to turn on. Continuity test the door latch switches and make sure your strike is lined up good with the latch.
