Hey Guys. I have a Whirpool MH2155XPQ-2 over the counter microwave. Last week the cooktoop light went out; I replaced it and its still not working. Everything else works fine. Any ideas?

I have the same problem with a Whirlpool GH4184XSB1. At first, I could hit the counter top light on off button a couple of times and it would come on but, now…nothing. Bulbs are good. Pulled the Control Panel today and popped the tops off of the relays. They seem to be activating properly, at least, I see them actuating. It doesn’t look like the relays can be replaced. I’m thinking maybe the board is bad but I hate to throw money at a problem that I can’t positively identify.
