I have kitchen aid KECC502, 30 inch cooktop, rear right burner is dual burner (two circle overlap on one side, suddenly right side circle of the burner from the right rear dual burner stopped working, could you please explain what might have went wrong and part list for this.
Hot surface light doesn’t come on when I turn on that burner (even though left half of the burner is still working) but power on button does lights up.
Any idea what went wrong and how it can be fixed.
