My wife and I recently moved in to a home with a Dacor PCS130 convection wall oven. it has four modes: Pure convection, convection + bake, bake and broil.
Pure convection and broil seem to work fine. It takes 15-20 minutes for the oven to preheat to 350F on pure convection, which is a little slow but not unreasonable.
When preheating the oven with convection + bake, or with plain bake, it takes over an hour to reach 350F. I’ve tested the resistance on the bake element and it seems fine (25 ohms). I tried finding the thermostat but couldn’t figure out where it was. Everything seems secure on the relay board.
Any idea what could be causing this? I called Dacor and they weren’t helpful.
