the vent in the back of the cooktop would not raise , I could hear the motor and after helping lift it up was able to get it raised, then only two buttons would work high and medium fan speeds but the vent did not appear to be working properly. then the unit would not lower. when i search for the model number i cant find it the unit was manufactured in may of 2001 any idea and or is there a manual for that model available
