The ice/water dispenser panel on a GE monogram refrigerator model #ZIS480DMD is not working. No light or anything. I took the panel off and tested the power in, and it was less than a fraction of a volt. My first thought was that this may be a fuse issue, but I was unable to locate one. Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
