Dead Roper, no heat

I have a Roper REL4434AWD Electric dryer with no heat.
I checked for voltage at the heater and I have nothing.
I have continuity across the lower cycling thermostat but not the upper. Does that mean that it is bad?
I have continuity across the thermal fuse.
I have continuity across the top and bottom of the thermostat int he exhaust but nothing across the 2 purple wires. I’ve read that its an internal heater and should read ~30K, true? Could it be bad? Any help or a schematic would be beautiful? I cant find anything online.

Thanks in advance

I would change out both of these thermostats, that’s recommended which is why they come in a kit and you should be back in business.

Your lack of continuity accross one of them is one reason why you do not get heat.

Also, thorough clean out the dryer and the exhaust chute. I also recommend changing out the cycling thermostat when I do these types of repairs just so everything that controls heat is new.
