Please help! My Neptune washer that I have loved for over 9 years has stopped extracting the water from my clothes. The water is draining and the door remains locked as well as the door lock light staying lit until the water drains and is safe to open. I’ve done research and have found the matters with the wax motor as well as the motor conversion but am so confused. 
I had repair guy come out and he did absolutely nothing but take my money and never came back. :mad: Prior to him looking at it the machine didn’t make any unusual noises nor would it go into spin mode at all however it would wash and go through all the cycles except for the spinning cycle which it would just skip over and drain. Now after this so called repair guy came and looked at the machine the machine is sounding rough and/or loud and sounds like it’s spinning but the tub is not moving at all. Can someone please help?? Thank u!!
