You are going to have to open the cabinet up.
There’s probably two or more screws in an inconspicuous place near the bottom of the front panel. Heaven forbid we would have to look at a screw head!
Remove these then the panel should either lift up or out. Use the cabinet drawings to see how this is attached to the front of the cabinet. Once this is done, search for the screws that hold the side sheets on. Remove these. You might just be able to slide the drum out of the bearing at the back of the drum. You may need to remove a couple screws on the back of the drum, around the center spindle. to effect this extrication.
The belt engages the sheave or pully at the motor, then surrounds the drum. THe drum is it’s own sheave. THere is also a tensioner pully on a long torsion bar that takes up the slack. The trick is to get the belt threaded around the sheave, the drum and pulley at the same time.
