Need help to trouble shoot the pump and electrical. This unit has a stand alone pump for the drain system

Your description of what is happening is pretty vague.
I assume that the wash cycle is working OK and that you have tried to force a drain using the Start/Cancel button and it did not drain.
Line restrictions (No kinks in plastic tube
Remove the units drain hose from the house drain system. Often stuff gets caught where the hose fits over the plumbing fitting, builds up and eventually clogs the drain. If OK, try draining into a pail. Hold the hose and put a towel or rag over the top so the water does not splash all over.
If it drains OK then you probably have a plumbing problem.

Unit does not have a separate fuse for the drain pump

You will have to remove it from the unit to check this

Check with a meter that it is getting voltage when it should (120 volts).
Thanks for the docs, Big help to isolate the issue. I see 25 ohms for the drain motor winding between ST6 and ST4. The manual test will also be a big help. Who would have thought that fault codes are included.
BTW the wash motor runs and the drain motor does not.
I used the maual and it performed the manual function test fine. I ran the Field service test next. It stopped on the LEDs Delay/ extra rise= Turbitdity Sensor. Maybe I have two issues but I do not see how the Turbidity sensor will keep the unit from draining? Is there a way to continue the field servise check or do I need to get the turbidity sensor fixed next? Can this unit be cleaned or must it be replaced.
During the manual function test the drain motor ran OK, correct?
Is it just a drain problem, the unit completes a cycle but does not drain at all, correct?
Looking at the cycle chart it looks like the Rinse Only Cycle ignores the turbidity sensor. Try this and see, does it now drain.
I agree with you that the turbidity sensor should no cause a no drain problem but am not 100% sure on this.
Perhaps someone else knows the answer to this.
The manual Function test did not run anything. I did the sequence and the Normal Wash flashed three times. As I tried each of the keypads all I got was LED lights. No item actually turned on or off? So I did not evaluate the drain motor. (Third press of the Normal keypad) What am I doing wrong? DO you press and hold?
Next I tried the Field Service Test. The test started to run the system in a sequence. First the water fill, then It started to run the wash motor and this is where the system stopped after 2 seconds. The LED shows that the Turbidity sensor is a fault. Delay and Extra Rinse LEDs.
That is good news cause I was racking my brain about what was going on.
If you are sure the drain is clear then remove the pump and check it.
Sounds like you need a new one could be it’s impeller has come off the armature shaft.
Here is the final note: The discharge line was clogged with grease in the "P" tube. I used a bike pump to blow clear/ Next time I will try it while on the unit. It was a pain to remove and reinstall.
