I’m trying to replace my bottom rack on dishwasher and the rack is available w/out rollers. Rollers are discontinued. Any idea on what to use in place of them?
Rollers (aka a wheels) for this dish rack are still available as well as axles and Appliance Parts Pros has all of them in stock.

When I called for parts I was given another part number and told they were not available or were there any substitutes. Are the numbers you have given me replacements?
I talked w/the gentleman who answered the phone at AppliancePartsPros. He referred me to the repair forum.
It was probably misunderstanding. Sometime it happens - nobody is perfect.
You can order these parts online or call the customer service with the part numbers.

Thanks Gene! I really appreciate your help. I’ll order the parts tomorrow.
You are welcome. Keep us posted.

Before spending the money on ordering the replacement rollers, I wanted to make sure I am doing the right thing. Four rollers came off the bottom rack and won’t "click" back in – they keep falling off. I presume this means I need new rollers – and the ones i will purchase will click in fairly easily.
Thanks

Andy,
What is the complete model number of the dishwasher?
Gene.
My microwave heats, but after my daughter gave it a good "slam shut," the upper latch no longer seems to completely catch, and the upper part of the door opens ever so slightly during the heating process which stops it cold.
I then need to give it a little push back into place and resume heating. It occurs multiple times during the heating cycle as tho the vibration of the heating process shakes the top latch loose from its catch or sensor.
The bottom latch locks securely everytime.
I am guessing that there is a opposite hooking pin, bar, or something of this sort onto which the 2 door latches clip over and that the upper one is either worn or partially broken.
What are your thoughts on this? What part(s) do you think need to be replaced? And most importantly, can I do it myself?
Thanks, JR
