Dishwasher continuously starts and stops

I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner II dishwasher that stops and start by itself. If I start machine before going to bed it will still be running in the morning. It will be starting and stoping every few minutes. Could this be a problem with the latch. This problem seemed to start with the anti-bacterial cycle, now it does this on every cycle

Need more info. Is it stuck on one cycle like wash? Will it accept keypad entries? Also, check your water temperature, should be above 120 degrees.

Eventually machine will complete the full wash cycle. Water is hot. the key pad seems to work fine.

I checked the water temp. During the wash cycle water is not 120 degrees. During the rinse cycle water is at 140 degrees. Look forward to your advise
